UX Assessment and Redesign Recommendations

Context

Lazaros, a software outsourcing company, identified usability and accessibility issues on their website. I was brought in to assess the current experience, uncover key pain points, and propose actionable design improvements.

Actions

I conducted an accessibility audit based on WCAG 2.1, identifying areas for improvement related to visual, auditory, and cognitive accessibility. This included a detailed review of color contrast and testing key screens with color blindness filters to ensure all users could perceive content clearly.

To complement the qualitative analysis, I reviewed UX metrics using Google Analytics and Lighthouse reports. These tools helped identify performance issues, understand user behavior, and highlight opportunities to improve SEO and overall experience.

Results

The identified improvements were documented in detail, with clear references to the analyses where they were found and organized by severity level. For suggestions that required significant interface changes, I created Figma prototypes to visually communicate the proposed updates and guide the development team during implementation.
